Pizza and ESL Teachers-A Joke

I came across another ESL-related joke today.

Q: What's the difference between a large pizza and an ESL teacher?

A: A large pizza can feed a family of four.

Do you have any ESL related jokes? I'd love to hear them. You can send them to me at the email link on the right of this page, or submit them through the comments link.

Thanks!

Anyone teaching in Japan will know the double side of the joke. A family sized pizza, and you will need two as they are small will cost in excess of ¥7,000 delivered. Not many teachers could swing this once a week. Then again, one can have toppings like french fries, corn, mayo and eggplant as alternative toppings. The corn is fairly good actually, being sweet and adds a bit of colour. The better deal is to hit an all-you-can-eat lunch pizza shop like Shakie's. Cost is about ¥800 per person, soda drinks included.

Cheers, Steve
